Although not a big-game water body, the Red Sea is "active" almost year round, making it one of the most interesting fishing destinations on earth; especially if compared to other, more "seasonal" destinations. Probably relative calmness, diversity of species, rich bottom structures, and the warm climate contribute to this.
 

Red Sea and Gulf of Suez fishing trips range from day charters to 7d/7n non-stop safaris. Longer time not only means more time to enjoy fishing and better chances to catch, but also possibility to reach remote and more rewarding fishing spots. Depending on take-off point (e.g., Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh, Marsa Alam, or Gulf of Suez,) some good fishing spots may be as close as 2 hours or as far as 6 hours from the marina. Ideal bottom structures in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez make trolling on the way in and out rewarding in many cases. In addition, boats troll specific spots (such as drop-offs, and reefs) at the best two time of fishing--early morning and late afternoon.

For Gulf of Suez charters, boats take off around 6:30am and return to marina at 5:00pm (winter) or 6:00pm (summer). For Red Sea charters boat typically takes off at 9:30am and returns to marina at 4:30 (summer and winter) on same-day trips, and return at 7:30am on multi-day safaris.
To maximize fishing fun, fishing groups are kept relatively small. Most Egyptian skippers are fishing enthusiasts--an environment that provides 24x24 professional assistance throughout the safari, and keeps the competition high!

• Hurghada Deep Sea Boat Trips. Here's what your payment covers:

• Private fishing and snorkeling boat trip operating around Hurghada marine regions.
  Trip time: 9:30am or earlier to 5:00pm for over-day trips, and to 7:00am on 1d/1n and longer trips.

• Hotel pick-up/drop-off are 30 minutes earlier/later, respectively.

• Deep sea trolling and still fishing + shallow reef snorkeling and swimming.
  Accommodation: at least 2 cabins available with at least 2 beds each, 2 restrooms with cold showers, reception area, and spacious sundeck.

• Light to medium action rods and spinning reels for all guests (for still fishing).
  Heavy hand lines for big fish.
  2 x 80-pound trolling sets with lures, spoons, diving boards, natural trolling bait, and/or any other arrangement deemed necessary by trip organizer.

• All fishing supplies and tools.
  Natural cut bait (at least 2 kinds; squid/mackerel/sardine)

• 3 meals per day on full days. First day's and last day's breakfast are not included if arriving from or returning to your hotel, where breakfast is usually included. Free breakfast isserved if arriving from or departing to airport.

• Drink as much as you can soft drinks, bottled mineral water, tea, and coffee.

• Airport-marina-airport or hotel-marina-hotel land transfer.
  Boarding fees, permits, etc. No license is required to fish the Red Sea.

• English-speaking guide(s) providing a good atmosphere for full-time
  (24x24) assistance, learning, exchange of fishing experience and fishing stories.
  
  Payment does NOT cover:
  Beer or alcoholic drinks. Guests are welcome to bring their own from home or locally from duty-free shops in Hurghada.
  Insurance or coverage of any liabilities of any kind.
  Guarantee on the quantity, quality, or size of fish caught.
  Bath towels or personal effects (sun blocks, perfumes, razors, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.)
  
  Notes:
  1. We DO care how much you catch, and how much you enjoy your trip. We make as many boat moves as needed to locate 'active' fishing spots dynamically throughout the trip.
  
  2. No charges to use or lose lures, spoons, hooks, weights, or any other fishing consumables.
  
  3. Fishing hand rags, soap and toilet paper are already covered by your payment.
  
  4. Land tansfer is based on Hurghada airport or a Hurghada hotel. Should your hotel be outside Hurghada city (e.g.,  El-Gouna, Makadi Bay, etc.), extra charge of  25 Euro (total for a round trip) will be added.
