Located in the middle of Cairo overlooking the city, 3 minutes walk from Tahrir Square & Egyptian museum.
Acomodations and facilities are operated under rules similar to those of other hotels with international standards.
The management requests that hotel guests kindly observe these rules and hopes that your stay with us will be an enjoyable one.
The Hotel reserves the right, to terminate a guest's stay at the hotel in the event that any of the following rules are violated :
1. The hotel is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid national ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant hotel employee immediately upon arrival and fill out the check-in form.
2. Guests are to use their rooms for the agreed period. Check-out time is 12 P.M. If a guest fails to do this, the hotel is entitled to bill him/her for another day’s stay.
3. For obvious safety and health reasons, it is prohibited smoking and eating in the rooms (food in the rooms attract ants and other insects).
4. Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the hotel rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management.
5. Roof terrace and common rooms are available for receiving visitors. A guest may only receive visitors with the consent of management during the period from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Visitors are not to be received in the rooms.
6. For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave minors without adult supervision in the hotel room or other areas on the hotel premises.
7. Guests are to observe nighttime peace and quiet in the period from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m., i.e. they are not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the hotel.
8. The price of the room is not inclusive of any charges for food and beverages or any other services available to guests. These can be paid upon consumption or will be added to your bill.
9. Complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the hotel’s activities are received by the hotel management.
10. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for this damage.
11. The hotel will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of guest's belongings or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage, whether due to neglect of hotel employees or any other cause including theft. For the convenience of guests, valuables must be left to the care of management.
